Corporate Overview
This is a quick summary of Canunn, including our history,
approach, clients, and people.

History
Our company was founded in Los Angeles in 1994 by executive
coach Candy Nunn. With 25 years of experience in communication
training and executive coaching, Candy steadily built Canunn over
the next decade to become a leading provider of strategic
communication training. Today, Canunn trains hundreds of business
professionals across the United States and Canada, combining the
resources of a full service company with the access and familiarity
of a local partner to provide a world of communication expertise.

Our Approach
At Canunn, coaching and active participation by clients drive our
communication training. What has emerged is an approach that
works with organizations and individuals to help them achieve
results and sustain life-changing communication behaviors.

We believe that effective learning addresses the whole
person—with the emphasis on producing action and uncovering
learning that can lead to more fulfillment, more balance, and
more success in everyday communications. Our course work is
designed to create an engaging experience for the attendee
whereby they learn communication strategies, tools and
techniques in a coaching setting with expert practice and
feedback. As an old sage once said, “when going to China
speak Chinese.” It’s not just good enough to tell people they
need to be better communicators but you must show them
how to do it and give them enough practice to get good at it.
